Kit Woolven, regarded as one of the best recording engineers and producers of his generation, has died at the age of 71.
After starting his career with Tony Visconti, Woolven went on to work with some of the most legendary names in the business, from David Bowie to Thin Lizzy, David Gilmour to The Sex Pistols, Cathedral to UFO, and many, many more.
