Speaking about the announcement, Jamie told us:
“I think this is my biggest solo tour ever and I’m thrilled to bits about it. We’re going back to some places I haven’t been in over a decade, lots of new venues and hopefully lots of new friends. I’m really, really looking forward to taking a deeper dive into ‘Shuffle’ now everyone’s had a bit of time to digest it and bring some deeper cuts into the set. But obviously there’ll be a generous helping of old faves in there too, and maybe a couple of surprises!”
Jamie has also released a new video for his cover of The Beatles classic ‘Tomorrow Never Knows’:
“’Tomorrow Never Knows’ really sets out the store of the record in one go – it’s basically the title track, even though it’s not called ‘Shuffle’. I wanted it to be a nice surprise for people who had bought the album, putting it on for the first time, but now the secret’s out I’m happy for it to act as a little taster for the main thing and I can’t wait to play it on this upcoming tour.”
