Easter is officially cancelled – at least according to everyone’s favourite East Anglian loons, The Darkness!
As previously announced, the band will release their new album – surprisingly titled ‘Easter Is Cancelled’ – on 4 October. They will then follow this with their usual extensive run of dates:

- Friday 29 November – Nottingham, Rock City

- Monday 2 December – Leicester, O2 Academy
- Tuesday 3 December – Southend, Cliffs Pavilion
- Thursday 5 December – Norwich, UEA
- Friday 6 December – Cambridge, Corn Exchange
- Saturday 7 December – Bath, Pavilions
- Monday 9 December – Portsmouth, Pyramids
- Tuesday 10 December – Brighton, Dome
- Wednesday 11 December – Watford, Colosseum
- Friday 13 December – Manchester, Academy
- Saturday 14 December – Newcastle, O2 Academy
- Sunday 15 December – Glasgow, O2 Academy

Tickets for all dates go on sale this coming Friday (12 April) from all usual outlets.
The Darkness will also headline the Teddy Rocks festival Friday 3 May and will be special guests to Toto on their only UK show of 2019, at the Royal Hospital, Chelsea, on Thursday 13 June.
