Young Northern Irish band, Brand New Friend have today (Monday) released their latest single, ‘I Was An Astronaut’. Coupled with a new track, ‘You Make Me Want To Grow Up, Sometimes’, the song is taken from their debut album ‘Seatbelts For Aeroplanes’, released last year through Xtra Mile Recordings.

The quartet – still barely out of their teens and fronted by siblings Taylor and Lauren Johnson – filmed the video on Downhill Beach, better known as Dragonstone in ‘Game Of Thrones’, close to their hometown of Castlerock. The little boy who stars in the clip is Taylor and Lauren’s little brother.
