Our latest audio-visual treat sees these London-based alt-punks taking us to their #FavouritePlace as they prepare to invite us to #ListenToTheMad on their new album, due for release later in the year.
Binding together the key fundamentals of punk , grunge, psychedelia, New Wave and garage with a large splash of gothicism, this is the band’s first new music in four years, and the first to feature drummer David Gaut.
The band say of the album:
We recorded all of the songs with Jonathon Jacobs at Audiohaus studios in London. As always with Healthy Junkies we were compelled to make music for the sake of our own sanity. We have been inspired by what we see and hear around us. We never aim to preach but do touch on issues that are affecting many of us.
