This was the first song we wrote for this album. And I think we reworked it more than any song. It started out with a completely different feel and timing than what we ended up with. It was way darker. But we kept coming back to it and really loved the result.

‘Strangers Ever After’ is a kind of demise of a relationship. The farewell to someone that maybe… you were better off never knowing. This is dark and honest.
