Chosen by Monk

The anarcho punk instigators (sic) are literally turning #FullCircle with this newly re-recorded version of what is regarded as one of the most intense, melodic and pissed off ÜK hardcore punk singles ever released:

The band had originally planned to release a remastered version of their 1987 double A-side single ‘Full Circle’/’The Sleeper’ to coincide with their upcoming first live show in 32 years at Blackpool’s infamous Rebellion festival. However, during rehearsals in their home town of Huddersfield, they laid down new versions of the songs, together with one of ‘Suicide Investigation Team’ from their freshly repressed 1988 ‘Shockgun‘ album. The result is a new five-track EP coming out at the beginning of August.

When Sanctus Propaganda asked us if they could re-issue ‘Full Circle’/’The Sleeper’ it was a no brainer really, but when we started rehearsing, we were so happy with how quickly we were nailing these songs we asked the label if we could add some new versions, explains frontman Andy Turner.

Seems a 12” isn’t much more expensive to produce so besides the two original versions you’re getting three new rough arsed tracks as well and 5” more vinyl and it’s both (new members) Dan [Le-Billon – drums] and Gaz [Jackson – bass]’s first time ever on a record.
