The Uber Rock Approved stampIt’s hard to believe that we’re almost a third of the way through another Über Rockin’ year, and another extremely busy one it has already proven to be, with something like 450 quality tunes from both the scene’s established heavy hitters and (primarily) its up-and-coming independent stalwarts, some of them debutantes others regular visitors, having graced our deathdecks and playlists so far, with the promise of plenty more to come, as we prove once again right here, right now:

Absinthe Green ‘Dysphoric Recall’ (Self-Released)

The Greek alt-metallers, fronted by the dynamic Eirini, rev it up as they return to the Club with the second taster of their upcoming debut album, which is due to be released to coincide with a tour this September:

Blood Vulture ‘A Dream About Starving To Death’ (Pure Noise Records)

This new gothic sludge project emerge from the shadowy crypts of somewhere in New York with this first taste of their upcoming debut album, due at the end of June:
