Bernie Marsden, best known as the original guitarist with Whitesnake, has died at the age of 72.
Previously part of fellow ÜK rockers UFO, Marsden joined David Coverdale and Micky Moody to form Whitesnake in 1978, playing on the band’s first five albums and writing/co-writing band staples such as ‘Fool For Your Loving’, ‘Walking In The Shadow Of The Blues’, ‘Trouble’ and the original version of ‘Here I Go Again’.
