As the New Year kicks in and editors’ inboxes start to get jammed with summer festival announcements, the renascent Tech-Fest has announced a literally MASSIVE line-up for it’s return in July.
God Is An Astronaut and The Ocean have been confirmed as two of the headliners over the weekend celebration of prog- and tech-metal. The rest of the announcement, which probably has my colleague Jase W creaming his skinny-fit jeans about now is literally a who’s who of the scene.
We have Vulvodynia, Hacktivist, Novelists, Gorod, Inme, Slice The Cake, Ten56, Soreption, Within Destruction, Frontierer, Distant, Martyr Defiled, The Hirsch Effekt, No Consequence, Hypno5e, Destrage, Anima Tempo, Exist Immortal, VEXED, Drewsif, OHHMS, Osiah, Bound In Fear, Artificial Language, Project Mishram, Pupil Slicer, Defamed, Cognizance, The Materia, The Modern Age Slavery, Krysthla, Red Method, The Voynich Code, Black Orchid Empire, Novena, Godsticks, Monasteries, Greylotus, Wings Denied, Tiberius, Altostratus, Where Oceans Burn, Controversial, Azazel, Axiom, Pound, Thaeia, Matt Ball and He Knows.
- Tech-Fest takes place at the Newark Showground over the weekend of 30 June – 4 July. You can get your tickets HERE.
