2000 Trees, another one of the ÜK’s premier mid-sized festivals that constantly smashes it out of the park, has dropped it’s first set of bands and what a list it is! Opting for dual headliner sets for Thursday and Friday, there’s some really big stuff to sink your teeth into for this weekend!
Topping the bill on the Thursday will be the one-woman dynamo known as PVRIS, who is about to release her new “collaborative mixtape” EP. The co-headline slot on the opening night will be filled by controversial Irish rappers Kneecap. On the Friday night, the main stage proceedings will be jointly capped off by sets from Taking Back Sunday and Coheed And Cambria, while Alexisonfire will perform the sole honours on the Saturday.
Other ÜR adjacent acts appearing over the course of the weekend will include RØRY, Kid Kapichi, Imminence, La Dispute, Bambi Thug, Heriot, DZ Deathrays, Employed To Serve, Lake Malice, Grade 2, Lowlives, Split Dogs and Tayne, with many more to be announced.
