The Big Truck rolls back into action with this punky first single from the band’s upcoming sixth album, released to coincide with the band’s return to the Steelhouse mountain, where they will undoubtedly kick the weekend off in their own inimitable party rock style.
Built on an archetypal Celtic-infused Trucker riff and featuring their characteristic gang(bang) vocals, ‘Kill The Lights’ is another declarative clarion call to arms, and will undoubtedly become an immediate crowd favourite (as long as the lighting engineers don’t take it’s title too literally, of course).

- They play the Steelhouse Festival today (Friday 26 July). They then head to the Firevolt MCR festival in Manchester on Friday 9 August before headlining Mac Arts in Galashiels on Friday 10 August. They play a “proper” ÜK tour with a series of album launch shows in all four home nations, rolling into the Diamond Rock Club in Ahoghill on Saturday 26 October, Bannermans in Edinburgh on Thursday 14 November, the Waterloo Bar in Blackpool on Friday 15 November and The Patriot in Crumlin (Wales) on Saturday 16 November.
