The Belfast alt-rockers prove that it’s definitely not their time to die as they unveil a heavier, more aggressive side to their sound with their latest standalone offering:
Speaking about the single, singer Olga told me:
[It] draws loose inspiration from Edgar Allan Poe’s ‘The Cask of Amontillado’, exploring themes of bullying, emotional pressure and psychological entrapment. Lyrically and musically, it reflects the feeling of being pushed into a corner while refusing to break… being trapped in situations that feel impossible to escape, but still finding the strength to endure.
We wanted the song to feel like pressure building — not just musically, but emotionally — until it finally breaks.
