There really was only one choice for today’s pick of the pops, ‘cos when Canadian metal vets Anvil drop new music it always goes straight to the top of my personal playlist. So, today Lips, Robb and Chris are feeding our fantasies with the lead cut from their forthcoming 20th studio album:
Lips said of the album:
We’re more like our old selves than we’ve been in years. We’ve dropped all our more modern aspects, particularly the 90s version of Anvil. No sexual topics and no thrash speed songs like they featured on past albums.
