Updated poster for Bloodstock 2019With Bloodstock looming ever closer, the line-up has grown even bigger this week with the addition of a further eight bands to the line-up.

The latest additions are US metalcore heavy-hitters All Hail The Yeti, and homegrown talent in the form of stoner warriors Barbarian Hermit, heavier-than-thou sludgers Bongcauldron, the appropriately named sludge heavies Ten Ton Slug, epic metal maestros Countless Skies, heavy metal beasties Krysthla, goodtime rockers Blind River and all-round mad bastards Footprints In The Custard.

Now less than five months away, Bloodstock 2019 is looking to be a real celebration of both classical and contemporary heavy metal culture, the headliners combining the very best of old school heavy metal in Scorpions, modern epic heavy metal in Sabaton and pure metalcore bombast from Parkway Drive – quite possibly one of the best live bands around right now.

Bloodstock 2019 is due to be held from 8 – 11 August at Catton Park in Derbyshire. Tickets are on sale NOW.
