Amongst Liars ‘Repair Myself’ (Self-Released)

The south coast alt-rockers end a period of transition and enter one of rebirth with their first release since guitarist Leo Burdett stepped up to the microphone to take over lead vocal duties:

Bad Fractals ‘Strike!’ (Creation Youth)

The London-based multi-national acid/psych glunk trashers hit hard with this opening salvo from their upcoming debut album, the Youth-produced ‘The Sea Sang Screaming‘, which is due for release around this time next month:

This funk/grunge/Latino-infused Canadian alt-rock quartet dive deep into the tension of blurred boundaries and unresolved emotionson this first taste of new music since the release of their debut album at the end of 2023:

Stylized as DYNG, this Lousiana singer-songwriter, real name Cody Mackenzie, describes his sound as “pop forward”, which he demonstrates on this debut offering:

The South Wales pop punks recently gave us ‘Premonitions’ of what is to come with their debut EP, and remind us how their momentum is very much in overdrive with this latest sample:

The lead single from the just-released debut album by this Dublin-based alt-rock quartet, which the band descibe as “an anthem for anyone reclaiming their identity… it’s about leaving behind the “should-haves,” stepping out of the shadows, and heading straight for the fire with no holding back”:

King Kraken ‘Call To War’ (Self-Released)

The first release from the south Wales metal warriors since they stripped down to a four-piece in the wake of the departure last Autumn of long-time guitarist Pete Rose sounds a clarion call based on the sci-fi classic ‘War Of The Worlds’:

The Los Angeles progressive alt-rockers rail against the advance of AI in every aspect of our lives and reflect on a world increasingly blurred between human instinct and machine precision on this latest standalone release:
