The Weymouth punk quartet are out to instil #fear in our hearts right on the cusp of our favourite night of the year, with this sharp, electrifying burst of riff-driven energy, their first new release since last year’s tenth anniversary “comeback” release:
Vocalist and guitarist Harry Hoskins explains the track’s intense edge:
‘fear’ reflects the claustrophobia of your own mind—the fight-or-flight tension we all feel in an uncertain world. The heavier, faster nature of the song is our response to that feeling, like a needle threatening to pop a balloon. But there’s an adrenaline rush in there too, something exciting and positive.
