These four Bristol retro-punk ‘n’ rollers like it ‘Nice N’ Rough’, as they will prove with the release of their debut album later in the year, but they do not intend to let us #Suffer the wait in silence, as they’ve just pleasured our aural senses with this latest sampler:
Speaking about the new single, singer Harry Martinez told me:
It’s about carrying the weight of abuse long after it’s ended. [It] deals with the struggle of letting the past dictate your happiness, but ultimately it’s about taking your power back, knowing your worth, and moving forward.

Currently in the middle of an extensive German tour, Split Dogs will play a number of festivals over the summer, including Rebellion, Boomtown, Beautiful Days and Burn It Down, before playing Daltons in Brighton (with Snatch, Quick Romance and The Clubheads) on 29 August and then undertaking an instore tour in September:
