Speaking about the song, the band – vocalist Samuel Scholz, guitarists Maria Kimberly Huehn and Simon Keil, bassist Dominik “Doemsen” Stotzem and drummer Silas Schué – told me:
‘Humans’ critically reflects on our role as humanity on planet earth and how we constantly manage to detrimentally treat each other and our surroundings, until one day there will be nothing left. It asks two main questions: Where will it lead us? Who’s gonna save us?
