The Brighton pop punk quartet will be sharing #AllThatRemains when they release their new album at the beginning of October, but in the meantime they are similarly sharing that sense of #Dislocation we all feel (some more than others, it has to be admitted) from time to time:

Vocalist and guitarist Mark Boniface told me a bit more about the background to the song:

One of the things I used to do a lot in my twenties was drive at night. I’d wake at 3am for no reason and it would be the only way to calm my head. I think I did it a lot as I felt like I had no one to share my negative thoughts with.

I have to acknowledge I would have had a lot fewer problems if I just spoke to a therapist or friend.

The line “stuck between stations” is a nod to The Hold Steady. Thanks guys for always helping me out on the hardest journeys.
