Speaking about the EP, ‘Holding Out For Hope’, and its themes of self-conflict and inner turmoil, vocalist Alex James Methven told me:

[It] is a raw dive into darkness; it captures the emotions we face in the hardest of times, when you feel like you’ve lost all fight but still search for a way out – something most of us can relate to.
