What are your most vivid childhood memories of Halloween?
Nice question to begin. I remember a Halloween party few years ago at my place…a virgin….in my parents’ bed….but my mum thought it was just fake blood – seeing them come back was the most frightening thing of the whole party!!
Why do you think that the worlds of horror and metal/punk have always been so closely linked?
Well, I definitely think that horror and the world of rock are made for each other; a lot of great hits from bands like W.A.S.P., Alice Cooper, Dokken, Bonfire and many more are really the perfect soundtrack and give unique atmosFears to the movies, makin’ them unforgettable!
Last year I asked if remakes and rehashes were killing horror, now it seems to be the in-your-face turkey that is 3D – what are your thoughts on this money-grabbing gimmick that is souring cinemas and the state of current horror in general?
I love to watch ’em alone or with friends in the darkness of my room….but ’til now…the only 3D movie I liked was Final Destination 3D..
Has there been a horror remake yet that has bettered the original movie?
Well….I love classical stuff. I’ve been watching a lot of remakes these last few years – the most well done in my opinion were The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Children Of The Corn, but I told you, they won’t ever be like the originals….
What’s the greatest ever horror movie kill?
Certainly when Gage (Pet Sematary’s guy) comes out from the bed cutting Jud and killing him with a bistoury.
Who is the baddest ever horror movie villain…and why?
Freddy Krueger! For sure! Love when he plays with his victims!
Who is the greatest ever Scream Queen?
Easy! Heather Langenkamp. No doubt about it!

Obviously Scream Baby Scream! Useless to say why…Also Buio Omega, Cemetery Man, Puppet Master, Nekromantik, Blood Feast 2.

HaHaHa…grrrreat question! In my opinion…Lene Nystrom (AQUA’s singer) cuz I love deaddolls….if she was a zombie….would just be more than beautiful..so.. I’d love to see her bitten by some zombies..

What are your plans for Halloween this year?
I’ll go certainly downtown with my chainsaw to get something for dinner! This year I’ll perform with my band, Scream Baby Scream, in a club for a Halloween party.. it’s here in Italy..Parma.. we’re working on some new stuff. The show must be unforgettable! I just can say that we’ll have horror backdrops, flames, dead dancers and overall.. tonz of BLOOOOOOOOOD! Then you can guess the rest!
