Aussie rock ‘n’ roll aviators Airbourne are to headline the Saturday of Steelhouse 2023.
They join Friday night headliners the Kris Barras Band in topping a bill of truly international NWoCR talent, which sees both Sweden’s Blues Pills and renascent Northern Ireland rockers The Answer returning to the top of the mountain. Iceland’s Vintage Caravan and Canada’s The Damn Truth both make their Steelhouse debuts, while among those making welcome returns to Europe’s highest festival are local heroes Florence Black and Kira Mac, who last graced the Steelhouse stage just this past summer.
The first announcement is rounded out by The Cruel Knives (recently seen on tour with The Pretty Reckless), Empyre, Austin Gold and Jordan Red.
