Hellfest has staked its claim to becoming possibly the most epic heavy metal festival ever staged, with the announcement that it is to expand to SEVEN days and feature a mammoth 350 bands across six stages when it returns to action next summer.

In addition to the already sold-out weekend of 17 – 19 June, featuring headliners Deftones, Faith No More and Avenged Sevenfiold, the event has now added a further four days of metal mayhem, to take place over the following weekend of Thursday 23 – Sunday 26 June, with main stage headliners being Scorpions, Nine Inch Nails, Guns N’ Roses and Metallica.

Tickets for the second weekend go on sale on Thursday 7 July, with those who have already got their tickets for the first weekend able to access a special pre-sale from Tuesday 6 July.
