Bloodstock 2022 is shaping up to be a stonker, with the announcement of 12 more face-melting acts for next summer’s extravaganza.

Headlining the Sophie Stage on the Friday will be the mysterious Sleep Token, while Bloodstock favourites Hatebreed will close out the proceedings on the Saturday. Also making their way to the tent on the Friday will be NOLA sludge legends EyeHateGod, punk icons Discharge and risihg death dealers/thrashers Enforced, while Party Cannon will be making up for having to pull out of this year’s event by appearing on the Sunday, alongside Swedish prog metal supergroup SOEN. Nekrogoblin will also be appearing on the Sophie Stage, on the Thursday night.

Over on the main stage, another band making up for the disappointment of not making it to this year’s event will be Jinjer. Joining the Ukrainian prog metallers on the Saturday will be deathcore squad Lorna Shore and Finnish metallers Lost Society, while Doyle will be ripping the place up on the Friday.

Tickets for Bloodstock 2022, which takes place at Catton Park in Derbyshire of the weekend of 11-14 August, are on sale now.
