DJ Astrocreep had actually submitted a different entry for today’s ‘Video Of The Week’ winner, but I over-ruled him and decided to keep that one for next week’s special Yuletide edition of the Singles Club.

It actually left us a bit limited for choice, as there weren’t an awful of contenders – but one of the perks of being the boss is that you can break your own rules… and that’s exactly what I decided to do with this clip of two guys sitting on a porch grinding out some down-home Delta blues. To me, it’s the perfect antidote to all the self-indulgent merriment going on around us at the moment… plus, it’s a beautiful song:
