The renascent Swedish sleaze veterans are taking a walk into our aural memory cells with this latest sample of their upcoming comeback album, which will see them hammering, quite literally,  #AnotherNailInTheCoffin of those ignorant imbeciles who try to decry that “rock ‘n’ roll is dead”!

Frontman Dag Finn, who founded the band in 1987 only to disappear from sight for several decades and then re-emerge at the end of last year, told us a bit more about the latest single:

The song carries the same energy, attitude and melodic rock spirit that defined the Sha-Boom’s most memorable releases.

Rather than simply looking back, I think ‘Walk (Far Away)’ successfully combines the unmistakable Sha-Boom sound of the ’80s but with a fresh and modern production.

For longtime fans, it is a reminder of why they fell in love with the band in the first place, while new listeners get a perfect introduction to the timeless style that made Sha-Boom a household name in Scandinavian rock.
