The Detroit alt-rock quintet is preparing to get #Villainous as they deliver some serious heavy metal therapy with the upcoming release of their sophomore album, of which this is the second taster, following on from the previously released title track with Maria Brink:
Speaking about the song, singer Amanda Lyberg, herself a qualified therapist, pulled back the curtain:
[It] is about being in a toxic relationship when words are often twisted and used against us. It scrambles our minds and makes reality seem so far away.
