Paul Mario Day, the original lead singer with Iron Maiden, has died at the age of 69.
Day was a member of the band from December 1975 to September 1976. He went to front short-lived NWoBHM bands More and Warhead, and a reformed version of glam rockers Sweet, before emigrating to Australia in the mid-1980s.
