Carl ‘CJ’ Snare, lead vocalist with US hard rockers FireHouse, has died unexpectedly at the age of 64.
Snare founded the band alongside guitarist Bill Leverty, drummer Michael Foster and bassist Perry Richardson in 1984. He had been forced to take a hiatus from the band last year due to ill-health, but had been due to rejoin the line-up to help celebrate their 40th anniversary this summer.
